What is MyInvois e-Pos?
MyInvois e-POS is a free, official system by LHDN that integrates POS and e-Invoicing, designed for MSMEs (PMKS). It enables businesses to:
- Automatically record sales
- Manage inventory and basic finances
- Integrate directly with e-Invois
- Reduce paper invoices and lower operating costs
Free Usage Threshold Significantly Increased
The free MyInvois e-POS eligibility threshold has been raised from RM2 million to RM5 million, allowing more MSMEs to use the platform at no cost for sales, inventory, reporting, and e-Invoice compliance.
Phase 4 Transition Extended
Phase 4 e-Invoicing starts 1 January 2026 with a 12-month transition (until 31 December 2026) and no penalties for compliant consolidated e-Invoices.
