The government has introduced the Insentif Kerjaya Madani 2023 with allocation of RM 313 million to increase the job opportunities and placement for various target groups.

Elements of Insentif Kerjaya Madani:
1. Daya Kerjaya
Eligibility
- Permanently unemployed/Youth unemployed for long-time
- Non-working women/single mothers or housewives
Subsidy amount and duration
- RM600 per employee x 3 months
2. Daya Kerjaya TVET
Eligibility
- Graduates of public and private institutions accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), Department of Skills Development (JPK) or equivalent.
- Education background: SPM and below
- Aged between 16 and 40
Subsidy amount and duration
- Competency training and RPEL fee – up to RM2,500
- Professional training and microcredential fee – up to RM4,000
3. Program Bina Kerjaya
Eligibility
- GIG, self-employed, farmers, fishermen, etc., and small small-scale independent retailers such as night markets
- Aged between 16 and 40
Subsidy amount and duration
- Training costs up to RM4,000
- Monthly allowance of RM300 for 3 months

01.05.2023 – 31.12.2023 or until fully utilized, whichever is earlier
- Register the employee details at ASSIST Portal
- Register for the Daya Kerjaya at https://kerjayamadani.perkeso.gov.my/index.php
- After the application is successful, the employer can get the subsidy!
