E-Invoice Compliance Guide for E-Commerce Transactions

Different transaction scenarios require different invoicing approaches:

  • Local e-commerce platforms: Must issue e-Invoices to buyers and self-billed invoices to sellers.
  • Overseas e-commerce platforms: Not required to follow these rules.
  • Cross-border transactions: In some cases, buyers or sellers are responsible for issuing the e-Invoice or self-billed invoice.
