2. Fill in the Personal Information

3. Fill in the Business Information (If any)

  • Fill in the related business information (If any)

4. Fill in the Tax Agent Information

  • Fill in the related information
  • After submission, you will get your income tax number
  • Remember to save your income tax number for future usage
