Application Conditions
1. Categories
- From 6 groups reduce to 4 groups, the groups that still remain in JaminKerja 2.0:
1. Female employees
2. Vulnerable groups
3. Tourism related sectors
4. Replacing foreign employees/expats
2. Conditions
- Kindly refer to the picture
3. Minimum salary conditions
- Increased to RM1,500 (Only for female employees and vulnerable groups)
4. Additional terms
- Unemployment period of 2 months (Except SIP beneficiaries, SOSCO Return to Work (RTW) participants, B40 group, and OKU)
- Employers must register with SOCSO before 1st January 2022
5. Documents required
- Offer letter
- Birth certificate (Native)
- Military identity card (IC)/Police retirement card (Veteran)
- Proof of Malaysia Prison Department (Ex-convict)
- Proof of Department of Social Welfare (Poverty)
6. Application deadline
- 31st December 2022
