Ms. ARIELLE TAN CHIN YEE is a Partner of L & Co Plt., a local registered audit firm in Malaysia. She is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA), and a member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM). She graduated with an Accounting degree from Multimedia University (MMU).

She is one of the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF) approved Company Auditors in Malaysia under Section 263 of the Companies Act 2016. She is also an approved Tax Agent registered with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) under Section 153(3) of the Income Tax Act 1967, holding both licences concurrently.

Arielle began her career in 2017 with a mid-tier international network firm in Johor Bahru, where she built a strong foundation in audit and assurance work. Over close to a decade in public practice, she has led statutory audit engagements for clients across the trading, food and beverage, investment holding, construction, logistics and services industries. Her portfolio extends to subsidiaries of companies listed on overseas stock exchanges, giving her practical exposure to group reporting requirements and cross-border reporting deadlines. She has also handled other assurance engagements such as agreed-upon procedures.

On the taxation side, Arielle handles tax compliance matters including the preparation and submission of corporate and individual tax returns, and manages tax audit cases for both corporate and individual clients. She also advises on corporate tax planning and tax reviews. Holding both an audit licence and a tax agent licence enables her to provide an integrated perspective across financial reporting, statutory compliance and taxation matters, allowing her to offer practical and well-rounded advice tailored to each client’s needs.
