𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥
- To foster patriotism and a sense of national identity among students and educators, the Ministry of Education has announced that, starting April 21, 2025, the implementation of the national flag badge requirement will be carried out in phases across all government and government-aided schools.
- The Ministry of Education will provide two badges free of charge. The size, color, and placement of the badge must not be altered, nor can any decorations be added to it.
𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐀𝐑𝐀 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥
- Starting April 1, the government will distribute the Sumbangan Asas Rahmah (SARA) cash aid on a monthly basis to the B40 and M40 groups. Eligible recipients will receive between RM50 and RM100 per month from April to December.
- The assistance will be credited as e-cash to recipients’ MyKad. Beneficiaries can use their MyKad at designated stores to purchase daily necessities. Any unused balance can be carried forward to the following month.
- Recipients can download the MyKasih app to check if they have received the SARA aid and view their remaining balance.

- SSPN (Skim Simpanan Pendidikan Nasional) is Malaysia’s national education savings scheme aimed at helping parents save for their children’s higher education, while also enjoying tax relief, deposit interest, medical coverage, and other benefits.

- The e-Permohonan Pindaan BE (e-Application for Form BE Amendment) function for the Form BE will be available starting April 1 each year, allowing the public to amend any errors in their tax returns.
- If taxpayers accidentally report extra income or fail to claim tax deductions or rebates while filing through the e-Filing platform, they can amend their tax return using the MyTax e-Permohonan Pindaan BE (BE Amendment Application).
