  • The progress of the Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link Project between Johor Bahru and Singapore just left the last 10 meters, and it will be combined in October this year!
  • It is expected completed by the end of 2026 and open to traffic on 01 January 2027.
  • Upon completion of this project, it will improve the connection between Johor and Singapore. This not only just solves the serious traffic congestion in Johor and Singapore, but also increases the economic integration of both parties.

  • Ministry of Transport (MOT) and Road Transport Department (JPJ) have officially launched the new standardized number plates called JPJePlate for EV vehicles. For the design of JPJePlate, the left side of the electronic license plate is designed in green, with black letters on a white background and the words Malaysian flag and MAL!
  • The feature of the new JPJePlate:
    – Highly visible reflective plate for road safety
    – Anti-forgery with QR Code
    – Embedded RFID chip
