Step 1 Visit the SKBBK Portal

Access the SKBBK / LINDUNG 24 JAM Portal.
First-time users should click “Register Account (Daftar Akaun)”, while existing users may log in directly.

Step 2 Register a Portal Account

Complete the registration form by providing:

• Full Name
• Identity Card Number
• Email Address
• Password
• Confirm Password

Read and accept the Terms & Conditions before clicking Register Account.

Step 3 Open the Participation Form

After logging in, access the LINDUNG 24 JAM Scheme Participation Form.
Verify your personal information and select “New (Baharu)” to begin a new application.

Step 4 Choose to Participate or Opt Out

Employees may choose either option.

Opt In
If you wish to participate:

• Select the participation declaration.
• Choose your employer.
• Read and confirm the declaration.

Opt Out
If you decide not to participate:

• Select the non-participation declaration.
• Review the warning message.
• Confirm that you understand the implications before submission.

Step 5 Confirm Participation

Employees choosing to participate will be asked to review:

• Selected employer
• Application details
• Click Confirm Participation to complete the submission.

Please note that the decision cannot be changed after submission.

Step 6 Confirm Non-Participation

Employees opting out will receive a final reminder that they will no longer be entitled to the scheme’s non-work-related accident benefits, including:

• Medical Benefit
• Temporary Disablement Benefit
• Permanent Disablement Benefit
• Dependants’ Benefit
• Funeral Benefit
• Physical & Vocational Rehabilitation
• Constant Attendance Allowance (where applicable)

Review the information carefully before confirming your decision.

Step 7 Submission Successful

After submission, the system will display a Successful (Berjaya) confirmation message.
This indicates that your participation decision has been successfully submitted to PERKESO.

Step 8 Download the Declaration Form

After completing the application, download the Declaration Form generated by the system.
It is advisable to:

• Save a digital copy.
• Print a hard copy for your records.
• Submit the signed declaration to your employer if requested.

According to the latest PERKESO update, Malaysian employees who choose to participate in LINDUNG 24 JAM are not required to submit any additional application. Eligible employees will be enrolled in the scheme automatically.

Employees who do not wish to participate must submit an Opt-Out application by 31 August 2026. Those who fail to opt out by the deadline will be automatically enrolled in the scheme.
